Health Information Privacy

Lumière Aesthetics is a health information custodian under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). We maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards for all patient records. Records are retained for 15 years after your last visit or until you turn 28, whichever is longer. You may request access, correction or a copy of your file at any time.
